We stand by our products. Each one is made using durable materials and checked for quality before shipping. If you ever feel your catcattech wallet(s) isn’t functioning properly, we’ll do everything possible to make it right. All of catcattech products have a one-year warranty. If an item is defective, you may qualify for a one-time replacement.

HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM

If you feel like you qualify for a replacement, please contact us and we'll happily verify the warranty for you! Please send an email directly to support@catcattech.com with the following information:

• Full Name
• Order Number
• Picture of the defect on the items and a description of the defect
• Name of the item you would like as a replacement
• Your current shipping address
